I appreciated staying in this 5 star hotel. I booked impressive, well-maintained room with an extra bed and Haram view, for example.

The hotel had a favourable location just next door to Raffles Spa. The staff were welcoming and nice, especially mr Fahad the duty manager.

Everything about this known hotel was nice. I truly enjoyed that the room was beautifully maintained with an extra bed.

The staff is polite, the breakfast good, the ocation is magnificent right by Kaaba and King Abdullah Gate and Masjid Al Haram.

The hotel was special, had spectacular views and perfect location close to the centre next to Masjid Al Haram and many other eateries and city center. The rooms were very specious and tasteful with functional bathroom.

staff and views were good, simply a classic hotel. only 15 minutes walk from mecca center. it had a minibar, climate control and a safe in the rooms, loved that. suitable place for a 2-night stay.
